Our bookings team will review your request and contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability and share a personalised quote.
Site Inspection
Schedule a walk-through of the space with our team. See the venue firsthand, ask questions, and confirm your setup requirements before your event date.
Planning Meeting
We schedule a dedicated meeting with the event host, planner, vendors, and the RP NEXUS team to align on all event modalities, timelines, and logistics.
Finalise & Prepare
Once confirmed, we'll walk you through setup, logistics, and any support you need to make your event exceptional.
Important Notes
All bookings are confirmed upon availability verification and receipt of an 80% deposit of the total charge. The remaining balance is due no later than 2 weeks before the event date.
Peak dates; especially weekends and public holidays. We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance.
